Buffet great, layout extremely neat. Club is huge, but it gets totally lost, enough places in the restaurant and on the beach.
Staff nice, but they often seem rushed, too many guests. Staff at reception not very obliging, no warmth and no smile at all. Beds worn out.. Cocktails free, unfortunately taste bad. Food in the most special restaurant was delicious and great, but also here the waiters seem rushed. Restaurant not cosy, kitchen smell.

The beach is beautiful and has plenty of chaises. The pool is also very large and nice.
Whenever we had a question or request it never seemed to be answered or resolved by the first person we spoke to. We were always referred somewhere else. Making reservations at the restaurants had to be done the first day you arrive if you wanted to get in, even then you may not get the restaurant or time you prefer. My teenagers liked the activities available however, the resort requires a parent to sign for anyone under 18 each time they use the equipment even ping pong and that was not very convenient for me or them. Each building has a courtyard where people walk to rooms - it can be very loud late at night or in the early am when people are coming back to their rooms.

This budget-friendly resort in Mexico's Riviera Maya is in the perfect location, close to the bustling town of Puerto Adventuras. With an ethical approach to wildlife, they uphold the social trend of not keeping wild animals on-site. Guests can enjoy a wide range of activities, ensuring there's never a dull moment during their stay. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with spacious bathrooms and comfortable beds. The buffet breakfast offers a variety of tasty options to start your day, and the stunning views of the surrounding nature add to the overall experience.
Some guests have mentioned that the check-in process can be slow, which might cause some frustration.
